Add Site Contact

To add a Site Contact:

  1. Click on the Site Contacts tab under Edit Site.
  2. Click +Add Site Contact.
  3. Enter the Contact Detail information.  All required fields have an asterisk. The Organisation name will auto fill.
  4. When you click Save, the additional tabs below will appear.  Enter the Address Details:
  5. Enter any Comments, if needed.
  6. Click on the Linked Sites tab, and tick the checkbox against the Sites you would like to link this contact to, or Select All:
  7. The Linked Residents tab enables you to assign this Contact to one or multiple Residents by ticking the checkbox against their name. Leave Blank if you do not want to link any Residents to this Contact.
  8. Click Save.
