Access to the Sites tab is restricted to Users with Site Administrator permissions. The Sites tab is located under the Administration in the navigation panel.
To access Site Management:
- Select Administration from the side navigation panel.
- Click on Sites.
Site Management is where all Organisation Sites are listed:
The key information shown here for each Site includes:
- Organisation Logo
- Organisation Name
- Site Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Texture Framework - (i.e. IDDSI)
- Contract Number
- Externally populated - this will be ticked if the site has an interface with a Clinical Software Provider
To View a Site in more detail, click on the View icon in the Actions column.
To Edit a Site, click on Edit icon in the Actions column, or simply click on the Site Name.
