The Site Contacts page can by accessed via two ways:

  1. Catering, or 
  2. Administration.


1. To access the page through Catering:

  • Click on Catering from the side nav.
  • Select My Site
  • Click Edit My Site 
  • Click on the Site Contacts tab


2. To access the page through Administration:

  • Click on Administration from the side nav.
  • Select Sites
  • Click on the Edit icon for your chosen Site
  • Click on the Site Contacts tab


Site Contacts will be displayed showing Title, First name, Last Name, Email and Phone Number:


To View a Site Contact in detail, click on the View icon in their actions Column.


Under View Contact you will see the Contact Name, Phone Number, Title, Organisation.


You will also see the Address Details tab and Linked Sites tab. The Linked Residents tab will only appear if the Contact has Linked Residents. To changed any details, click on the Edit Contact button.  To learn how to edit a Site Contact, click here.


To Delete a Site contact, click on the red Delete button in their Actions column.
