• You must be a Site Administrator, or have been assigned custom User permissions, in order to edit the My Site details.
  • Please note only SoupedUp team can add a new Site to your subscription.

To edit My Site:

  1. Select Catering from the side nav.
  2. Click on My Site.
  3. Select Edit my Site.
  4. Changes can be made here to the Site Business Details, as shown below.
  5. Click Save after making any changes.


To update the Site photo: 

  1. Click in the centre  of the stock image (on 'Set Image').
  2. Select an image from your local computer.
  3. Crop your image, if desired)
  4. Save and Close.


Changes can also be made to the following Site information under Edit Site, by clicking through the relevant tabs:

Under Edit Site, you have the ability to edit the following Site details:

  1. Site Business Details
  2. Other Details
  3. Address Details
  4. Software Contacts
  5. Comments
  6. Site Contacts
  7. Beds

  1. The Site Business Details can be edited as follows (required fields have an asterisk*):
    • Site Name*
    • Business name
    • Site Type* - choose from the drop-down menu.
    • Clinical Software Provider - choose from down-down menu, if relevant.
    • Software Email From Address
    • Phone Number
    • Website
    • Status - locked down as Active.  If you need to Inactivate a Site, please click here and let our support team know.

  2. Other Details:
    • Timezone* - choose from the drop-down menu.
    • Texture Framework* - locked down as IDDSI

  3. Address Details:
    • Update Site Address Details*.
    • Update Site Postal Address Details*, if needed.  If postal address is the same as site address, tick 'Is site address also postal address'.

  4. Software Contacts (update as required):
    • Authoritative Contact
    • System Administrator Contact
    • Main Contact
    • Billing Contact
    • Technical Contact
    • Chef Manager Contact

  5. Comments:
    • Enter any additional Site information, as needed.

  6. Site Contacts:
    • This section is where you can View, Edit, Add and Delete any Site Contacts.

  7. Beds:
    • The 'Active Beds' field is locked down field. The 'Active Beds' represents the number of residents/clients in your site.
    • The number of Residential Beds, Home Care Beds, Respite Beds, Independent Living and Acute Beds can all be edited, as needed.

  8. Click Save after all changes.
