A survey must be Assigned to a Resident before it can be:
- Sent to a Resident, or their family,
- Completed by a staff member on behalf of a Resident, or,
- Printed and handed to any of the above for completion.
When in Surveys,
To assign a Resident to a survey:
- Select Assign Residents from the left nav panel. (If you have just added a new survey, you will already be at step 2.)
- Under the Assign resident to survey heading, select your chosen survey from the drop down list.
- Select a wing to filter residents by, or Select all.
- Select a Resident to assign the survey to, or Select all.
- Select Save.
- A success message will pop up, confirming the survey has been assigned to Residents.
- You will be returned to the Survey Management screen and your survey will appear, with the number of Assigned residents showing in the relevant column:
