When in Surveys,

To Add a New Survey: 


  1. Click on the blue +Add New Survey button in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. The Create New Survey page will open.  Begin by adding a Survey Name* (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk*). This is what will appear to residents and those answering the survey if the survey is printed/viewed on screen.
  3. Set a Survey Expiry Date. This can only be a date in the future, after the current date. The survey will only be able to be answer before the expiry date. All survey data will still be available after the expiry, although it will not be able to be edited/answered.
  4. Select the survey question you would like to ask within the survey*. This will appear for Residents to answer in the survey. Please click here to log a ticket with support if you would like a survey question added to this drop down list.
  5. Select a Survey Status.  This will default to Active, but you can make it Inactive by selecting this in the drop down list, if  you want to keep it as a Draft.
  6. Select the meal services to include in the survey to be rated. There will be a rating scale (1-5) which will appear in the survey. You can choose to Select All, or specific meal services.
  7. Select a recipe you would like to add to your survey (optional).  If you would like to include a recipe, you can click on the Show/Hide Filters button to select a Menu or Meal category to
  8. Click Save.
  9. You will see a success message that the survey has been added.
  10. You will now be prompted to Assign Residents.
