NEW: Password Reveal Option Added
No more guessing games or typos—now you can easily check your password as you type it in.
 Say goodbye to frustration and hello to hassle-free logins.

 We have added the option to reveal/hide the password being entered when: 

  • Logging into SoupedUp
  • Changing your password in My Profile
  • Resetting your password


The reveal/hide icons are visible in the Password field. 

 




NEW: Allergen Friendly Recipe Category
Creating delicious and safe meals for residents is easier than ever.

We have added a new recipe category called Allergen Friendly to coincide with the launch of our new Allergen Friendly Spring Selections Menu. Over the coming months, we will be adding new allergen friendly recipes created by Chef Lee into this category that you might like to include on your menus.

 Simply navigate to Kitchen | Recipes and select Allergen Friendly from the By Category dropdown.








Troubleshooting - Tips & Tricks





  • Have you nominated your clinical integration manager? 
    • Ensure you’ve updated your integration manager contact details so we can communicate with them should you in incur any issues. 
    • Make sure it’s the most up to date contact, and let us know if this contact changes. 
    • Feel free to send a support ticket to update the contact details.
  • Reminder: please check integration logs. 
    • This is recommended daily, however, check depending on your facilities needs.
  • Leecare – recently there's been some integration errors reported related to the Leecare SoupedUp form not being saved. 
    • It is important when you make resident changes in your clinical software form, you must re-save your Leecare SoupedUp form again as this is what triggers the mapping of changes to SoupedUp software.
