Co-Browse screen share and remote support

When you log a support request, our SoupedUp Support team may recommend you share your screen for a faster resolution to your question or issue.


In these circumstances, we will send a Support Request to your computer, as shown below: 


If you agree to sharing your screen, click Allow.


In addition to viewing your screen, we may also request temporary remote access. In this case, we will send a Remote Control Request to your computer, as shown below: 


Once again, if you agree, click Allow.


While you are sharing your screen or allowing remote access, you will see a red Co-Browse button at the bottom of your screen:


If you wish to end the session, simply click this button.
