Recipe Book

To Generate a Recipe Book:

1. Select Catering from the left side navigation panel.
2. Click on Kitchen.
3. Select Recipes.
4. Click blue Generate Recipe book button towards the top right of the screen:
   
5. Select either Print all recipes or Print from menu.
6. Change the value for Units per recipes if required.

Print all recipes:

1. If you select Print all recipes, select a a meal category to filter recipes (optional):
2. Select recipes to include under Filtered Recipes (at least one recipe must be selected)
3. If you 'Select All' under Filtered Recipes, you will need to select a range to print (given the large number of recipes in the database):
4. Click Generate Report
5. Click on the downloaded PDF to View or Print

Print from menu:

1. If you select Print from menu, select a menu from the Filter by Menu drop-down list:
2. Select which Weeks you would like to choose recipes from (tick the boxes to select/unselect):
3. Under Recipe, select individual recipes to include (at least one recipe must be selected):
4. If you 'Select All' under Recipe, you will need to select a range to print:
5. Click Generate Report:
6. Click on the downloaded PDF to View or Print
