Kitchen Meal Summary

This report provides the kitchen with a summary of meals orders, including the colour-coded texture breakdown, for each meal service.

As it is a report linked to Orders, it will only contain information if Orders have been entered in the Resident Menu Selection Form.

To access the Kitchen Meal Summary report: 

1. Select Catering from the side nav bar.
2. Click on Orders.
3. Select Manage Orders.
4. Ensure your chosen Active menu is highlighted and then click on the Reports icon for your chosen Week:
   
5.  From the list of Reports that display for your chosen Week, choose Kitchen Meal Summary:
   
   

As shown below, this Report can be filtered by Wings, Days, Meal Services and Meal Choices.  You will note that filtering for Wings has a maximum of 8 wings per report.

To Generate the Report:

1. Use the check boxes to make your selections
2. Click Generate Report 
3. Open the downloaded PDF to View or Print
