The Continental Breakfast Order Form is a convenient way of taking orders when Residents prefer to tick their own breakfast choices from a printed list, or to give residents an opportunity to update the information in the Breakfast tab of their Resident profile.


The named forms can be printed and handed to Residents, or their carers, for completion at a time that suits them.


The forms can include highlighted choices (to show residents what has been previously selected in their Breakfast tab) or the forms can exclude this information.


The Order Forms can be customised in the following ways:


Generate By:

  • Wing (select all or specific Wings/Sub-Wings)
  • Dining (select all or specific Dining)


Page Orientation:

  • Portrait
  • Landscape


Inclusions:

  • Include Facility Name and Logo
  • Highlight current selection


Show/Hide Columns

  • Room
  • Bed

Follow these steps to download and Print the Report:

  1. Select Catering from the side nav.
  2. Click on Reports.
  3. Select Meal Order Forms.
  4. Click on Continental Breakfast Order Form.
  5. Customise the Report, ticking the boxes to select any of the optional features listed above. 
  6. Click Generate Report.
  7. Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print.
  8. The first page in the downloaded report will be a blank ordering form, without a Resident name or details. This is a useful form to keep on file for any last minute admissions or changes.
