Access and Manage Menus


To access Manage Menus:

  1. Select Catering from the side nav bar.
  2. Click on Menus.
  3. Select Manage Menus.

Manage Menus is where you can Add a menu, View a menu, Edit a menu and Clone a menu.


Viewing Menu Status


Under the Menu Management heading you can view all your:

  • Active menus.
  • Planning menus.
  • Inactive menus.
  • Not in Use menus.


Menu Information


For each menu category under Menu Management, you can see the following information:

  • Menu Name (including Site and Menu Template)
  • Menu Start Date and Menu End Date (Menu Start Dates on Monday and Menu End Dates on a Sunday).
  • User Updated (Name, Date, Time).
  • Week Start (number).
  • Has Continental (Yes/No).
  • Cost per resident per day ($ amount) - this feature is available if you have the Budgets module.
  • Status (Active/Inactive).
  • Actions (View, Edit, Clone, Setup).

NB. It is only possible to have one Active and one Planning menu for a chosen date range.  If you try to add a second Active or Planning menu with the same date range as already exists , you will receive the following error message 'Check Dates: There is already an existing active/planning menu with this date range'.
