When resident changes are made in your site by another user, you will be notified of this change via a Notification Bell displayed at the top right corner near your user name.

The number of resident changes recorded are highlighted with a number in a blue circle.  In this example, there have been 39 resident changes and to view these in detail, click on the Notification Bell which will display the most recent resident updates:

When you click on the notification bell you will receive a popup box displaying a list of the most recent resident updates and you can click on "show all notifications" to display the notifications page.

The Notifications page will display the New Changes tab.  There are two tabs available in the Notifications page as follows:

1. New Changes (Displays a list of resident changes made)

2. Read (Displays a list of resident changes marked as "Read")

In the New Changes tab the following columns are displayed.

1. Date

2. Resident Name

3. Change Type

4. Changed by User

5. Field Changed

6. Change From

7. Change To

8. Read All

There are 10 Notifications shown per page.  Clicking the 'Read All' button at the top of the row will mark the 10 notifications on that page as Read. You can choose to mark the notifications as 'Read All' or mark each row one at a time as 'Read'.

In the "Read" tab you will see ALL resident changes that have been marked as "Read".

Once a row is marked as "Read" and the notification is moved to the "Read" tab, then the number against the Alert bell is reduced.

When all new notifications are marked as read, the Notification Bell will not be displayed.
