• Manage Budgets is where all your current budgets are listed under the All Budgets heading.
  • Budgets can be viewed, edited and deleted here.
  • This is also where you add a new budget.
  • The Main Budgetis indicated by a red asterisk* against its name.
  • You are also able to filter the Budgets by their status; Active, Inactive, and/or, Expired.


Under All Budgets, you will see the following details for each budget:

  • Budget Name.
  • Number of Residents (included in the Budget).
  • Budget Type(s).
  • Start Date.
  • End Date.
  • Budget Duration (includes Start Date and End Date).
  • Estimated Forecast (total cost).
  • Forecast Cost per bed per day.
