The Drinks List is a detailed summary of the Drinks tab in a Resident's profile, including a breakdown of Fluid Textures. It can be further customised in the following ways:
Inclusions:
- Include Breakfast
- Include Supplements
- Include page break
Generate By:
- Wing (select all or specific Wings/Sub-Wings)
- Dining (select all or specific Dining)
Show/Hide Legends:
- Food Texture
- Fluid Texture
- Special Diets
Fluid Textures:
- Select All
- MT2 - Mildly Thick
- MO3 - Moderately Thick
- EX4 - Extremely Thick
- TN0 - Thin
- ST1 - Slightly Think
Show/Hide Columns:
- Room
- Table
- Food Texture
- Fluid Texture
- Special Diets
- Assistive Devices
- Breakfast drink
- Breakfast juice
- Morning tea
- Morning tea snack

Follow these steps to download and Print the Report:
- Select Catering from the side nav.
- Click on Reports.
- Select Drinks and Supplements.
- Click on Drinks List.
- Customise the Report, ticking the boxes to select any of the optional features listed above.
- Click Generate Report.
- Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print.
