New Preparation options added

We have added new preparation options to the Prep list in recipes. When adding or editing an ingredient in a recipe, you will now see the additional Prep options of; Diced, and Thickly sliced.
If you have suggestions for any further Prep options you would like to see in the list, please let us know.
 


Budget expenses can no be added/edited past budget end date

We have enhanced our budget capability to allow budget expenses to be added or edited after the specified budget end date. For example, if your budget runs from Monday 29th July until Sunday 1st September and an invoice incurred during the budget timeframe is not received until Tuesday 3rd September, that expense amount can be added to the budget that has now expired.


Report Enhancements


Nil By Mouth (NBM) background colour added
Nil by Mouth will now display in reports and report legends with its own background colour of light purple. This is to avoid confusion with thin fluid texture (TN0).



Nil By Mouth (NBM) added to Texture filter options
NBM - Nil By Mouth can now be selected as a food / fluid texture option from reports that include Food Textures or Fluid Textures dropdown filter lists, including 

  • Drink List 
  • Daily Meal Order Form
  • Texture Modified Fluids/Foods



Breakfast List - now only displays Breakfast portion size
When opting to include the Portion Size column on this report, only the breakfast portion size will now be displayed. The column heading will no longer display all meal services. This reduces the space required to include the Portion Size column.


Hardware and Process Upgrades
We continue to work through a framework version upgrade to ensure we are using the most current version.

We are planning the move to more frequent and shorter release cycles to better cater to client enhancement requests.

We are also reconfiguring our data tables to enhance performance.


Squashed Bugs 

  • The red error message received when updating resident profiles has been given its marching orders.
  • Text symbols such as ampersands (&), commas (,) and apostrophes (') will now display correctly on reports.
  • We have changed a column heading name on the Head Office Residents report. If you select Portion Size from Show/Hide columns, the column header on the report will display as Portion Size in lieu of Dining Preference.
  • Text in the General Comments field in a resident's profile, and generated on reports, now aligns to the left of the column (not two spaces to the right).
  • The overlap of recipe images on menu text of the ATF Cafe Table Menu Cover report has been rectified.
