The Labels - Resident Food Textures report produces custom, Food Texture labels for Residents. The labels include Resident Name, Wing, Room, Bed and Food Texture. If Cut-up has been selected in the Resident Profile, this will also appear under the Food Texture.
The report can be customised in the following ways:
Wings:
- All Selected
- Choose specific Wing/s or Subwing/s
Residents:
- All Selected
- Choose specific Residents/s
Filter by Food Texture:
- Select all
- Liquidised
- Minced & Moist
- Pureed
- Regular
- Regular Easy to Chew
- Soft & Bite-Sized
Include resident location:
- Tick to include
Options:
- Include Resident location
- Border
- No Border
Sort by:
- Wing
- Room
- Name
The labels are designed to be printed on label sticker sheets, such as Avery Template L7651REV ( 38.1 x 21.2 mm - 65 per sheet). Avery labels are available at Officeworks and other leading stationary suppliers.
Follow these steps to download and Print the Report:
- Select Catering from the side nav.
- Click on Reports.
- Select Tags and Labels
- Click on Labels - Resident Food Textures.
- Make any selections from the options listed above.
- Click Generate Report.
- Click on the downloaded PDF to View and Print. When printing, choose 'Actual Size' in the size options of your printer settings.
